100% Grenache Noir from the Dunnigan Hills. This vintage James trialed two fermentations. One entirely destemmed whole berries, and the other entirely whole cluster. The destemmed showed notably more fruit and Grenache character, and the whole cluster exhibited spice and structure. The two were combined for bottling. CCOF organic.
