Bednarik is an organic vineyard planted over thirty years ago near the historic logging community of Cherry Grove in western part of the valley. As usual, Renée and Grant apply a combination of meticulous care and benign neglect in order to maximize complexity. A portion of whole-cluster berries were sealed in a terracotta amphora and left untouched for 15 days. 13.9% alcohol.
