Smells like mountain flowers, steel and gun flint. On the palate, it’s round, lush, and disarmingly beautiful: vanilla and white nectarines.

Sourced from the organically farmed Freedom Hill Vineyard, the 2019 vintage brought low yields and pristinely beautiful fruit. The wine was whole cluster pressed on the day of picking and then racked to a stainless steel tank for primary fermentation. Afterwards it was racked to neutral French oak barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation and age. 168 cases produced. 13% alcohol.
