Combines the sophistication of grand cru Burgundy with an ambition and crazy genius that’s distinctly American — Montrachet meets Infinite Jest.

Broad and wildly complex with flavors of lemon curd, ginger and spice, the White Label is sourced from the Seven Springs in the Eola-Amity Hills, a biodynamic vineyard and easily one of the most iconic sites in the Willamette Valley. Planted on volcanic basalt, the site is painstakingly farmed by Jessica Cortel without the use of irrigation. The wine spent a year in French oak barrels (33% new), and another winter on its lees in stainless steel (a technique he picked up from Jean-Marc Roulot in Meursault). 12.9% alcohol.
