Seth has the necessary vision for someone who’s committed himself to doing one thing very well. This one thing is making Willamette Valley Chardonnay that rivals the greats of Chablis and the Côte d’Or (where he spent two vintages at the highly regarded Domaine de Montille). The fruit for this cuvée comes from six different vineyard sites, all farmed by women through a variety of biodynamic, organic and sustainable practices. The wine spends 11 months in barrel (25% new) and then a second year on its fine lees in stainless steel. 13% alcohol.
