Production Notes
An inspired take on rosé, which reminds us of the resonant, structured style of Burgundy’s Bruno Clair. After the Pinot Noir was harvested, the grapes spend a short period of time extracting color before they’re pressed off their skins. The freshly pressed juice was then transferred to neutral French oak barrels where they spent 10 months on their lees (a byproduct of the fermentation process). 58 cases produced.
Rosé of Pinot Noir - 2018
A rosé of mythic proportions. Extended skin contact amplifies both fruit and structure, and sparks the imagination.
