Merges the bodily and the botanical to feel at once like a natural object and high art. Crushed rock, lemon peel and tarragon.

This new white from Vinca Minor benefits from Jason's characteristic light touch and exceptional instincts (often leading him to try things that others wouldn't, and succeed). This wine is comprised of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from three organic vineyard sites across Mendocino’s Redwood Valley: Kazmet Ranch and Hawkeye Ranch (Chardonnay); and Upton Vineyard (Sauvignon Blanc). The fruit was direct pressed and fermented in a combination of neutral french oak and stainless steel.
