When the first strawberries ripen, but the ocean’s still too cold to swim, open this and summer will have no choice but to begin.

This collaboration with the Portland-based illustrator Lettie Jane Rennekamp marks the kick off of Adelsheim’s Artist Series Rosé project: with each subsequent vintage, the winery’s rosé will feature the work of a different emerging local artist. The project is meant to extend the Adelsheim’s legacy of blending art and wine, started long ago with Ginny Adelsheim’s iconic hand-drawn labels. All the Pinot Noir for the rosé is sourced from LIVE Certified Vineyard sites throughout the valley. 13% alcohol.
