Sans Soufre Cabernet Franc 2019
The Cabernet Franc for this zero sulfur bottling comes from own-rooted, organically farmed vines within the Happy Canyon Vineyard along the east side of the Santa Ynez Valley. Fermentation is 100% whole cluster, using only native yeasts. The wine spends the winter in neutral oak barrels. Prior to bottling, it is transferred to stainless steel.
